Restaurant Accessibility

Imagine you are a restaurant owner, or an architect hired to design a restaurant. Among the thousands of decisions you must make are the decisions related to accessibility. Restaurants are required to be accessible under Title III of the 2010 ADA Standards. Not only will complying with these requirements prevent lawsuits related to accessibility, but you will also be providing a welcoming environment to the disability community. People with disabilities want to be able to go out to eat with family, friends, and co-workers, just like their non-disabled peers.
